Privacy policy
Information about how personal data is processed when you use logosnonprofit.org or contact LOGOS NON-PROFIT.
1. Data controller

2. Contact forms and correspondence
When you contact us, we process the data you provide in order to answer your enquiry, take steps before entering into a contract or handle correspondence. The legal basis depends on the purpose of the contact and may include Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
3. Website operation and security
The hosting infrastructure may record technical information such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser information and server events. These data are used to operate, secure and diagnose the website on the basis of our legitimate interests.
4. Cookies and external links
The website may use technically necessary storage mechanisms. Links to Google Maps, app stores, KonektoSmart, WhatsApp and partner websites take you to independent services whose operators apply their own privacy rules.
5. Virtual assistant, Google Gemini and WhatsApp hand-off
The virtual assistant accepts general questions about LOGOS services. A question is sent to a protected server-side mechanism and, when the AI connection is active, its content and a limited part of the current conversation may be processed by Google Gemini to prepare an answer. Under the free Google service, content may be used in accordance with Google rules for product improvement. LOGOS does not write chat content to a separate database or website files; the current browser tab keeps only the context needed for the conversation, while standard hosting logs may record the endpoint request. Basic patterns resembling sensitive data are blocked, but users must not enter names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, identification or bank-account numbers, login details or accounting-document content. Documents should be shared through an agreed secure channel, especially KonektoSmart. If AI is unavailable or a limit is reached, the assistant uses pre-written local information. The Talk to the team on WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with prepared text and the user decides whether to send it. Google and WhatsApp apply their own privacy rules.
6. Contact-form security and Cloudflare Turnstile
To reduce automated spam, the contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile. The mechanism assesses whether a request comes from a real user and may process technical connection data such as the IP address, browser and device information and interaction signals. The verification token is checked on the LOGOS server. Cloudflare applies its own privacy rules. Do not send passwords, identity documents or confidential accounting files through the initial contact form.
7. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, e-mail, IT security and other technical operations, under appropriate contractual and legal safeguards. Data are disclosed to public authorities only where required by law.
8. Storage periods
Enquiry data are kept for the time needed to respond and, where applicable, to establish or perform cooperation and meet legal record-keeping or limitation-period requirements. Technical logs are retained according to security and hosting needs.
9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
10. Voluntary provision and updates
Providing data in the enquiry form is voluntary, but without the required fields we cannot respond. This policy may be updated when the website, processing or legal requirements change.
